Meet Mindy!

With over 5 years of experience with the company, Mindy Ford brings a plethora of knowledge and skill to each community.   As a mother of two young children (Harley age two, and Ledger 10 months), the flexibility of her job as an aviary technician is crucial.  She also loves the beautiful scenery that she witnesses while travelling around to different facilities.

Mindy’s friendly, open demeanor make her an ideal person to share stories of the past with, and that is exactly what many residents do, while Mindy is busy caring for the birds and cleaning out the aviary. These fascinating stories help Mindy to happily pass the time while she performs quite a messy job.

When Mindy is not cleaning up bird poop, she enjoys stimulating her mind with a good read, scrapbooking, or planning a real killer party. And, between her husband’s mouth-watering meals and a ton of fun activities—she had a carnival at her wedding reception, complete with a dunking machine—these events are well-sought after!
